Nature of our activity

Europlabs provides digital accessibility auditing and technical compliance consulting services to organisations. We are not a regulated profession, we do not hold a professional licence in a regulated sector, and we do not provide legal, financial or medical advice.

Professional disclaimers

  • We are not a law firm. Our reports assess technical conformance against published standards. They are not legal advice and do not constitute a legal opinion on your obligations.
  • We do not issue compliance certificates. No body issues a binding compliance certificate under the European Accessibility Act. What we provide is an independent conformance assessment supported by evidence.
  • Our reports describe a point in time. A report reflects the service as it existed on the dates tested. Subsequent changes are not covered.

Copyright

All content on this website, including text, guides, layout, code and graphics, is © Europlabs OÜ unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Republishing substantial portions requires our written permission.

External links

Where we link to external websites, we do so because we believe the content is useful. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability or privacy practices. Links are not endorsements.

Accuracy

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, particularly our guides to EU legislation. Regulation and standards change. If you spot something that is out of date or wrong, please tell us at hello@europeplabs.com and we will correct it.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution for consumers. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we take complaints seriously and ask you to contact us directly first.
