What moves the price

Three things, and we will tell you which apply during the scope call:

• Number of distinct templates. Not URLs. One product template serving 4,000 products counts once.
• Number of transactional journeys. Checkout, onboarding and account management take substantially longer to test than content pages.
• Platforms. Web only, or web plus native iOS and Android.

The ladder, in order

Most clients arrive at one of four points. There is no penalty for starting small:

1. €390 snapshot — you do not yet know how bad it is. Credited against an audit within 30 days.
2. €1,600 consent review — legal flagged your cookie banner specifically.
3. €2,400 audit — you know you need to fix it and want the full picture.
4. €6,800 EAA programme — somebody official has asked for your conformance position.

Payment terms

• Snapshots are paid in full on order — it is a 48-hour turnaround, so staged payment makes no sense.
• All other engagements: 50% on acceptance of the quote, 50% on delivery of the report.
• Payment within 14 days of invoice, by bank transfer (SEPA).
• VAT is added where applicable. Business customers in other EU Member States with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge.
• No subscriptions and no auto-renewal. Nothing recurring is ever charged without you buying it explicitly.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel free of charge any time before testing begins. Our full refund policy sets out the 14-day withdrawal right, what happens if you cancel mid-engagement, and the remedy if the deliverable does not match the agreed scope.
