- Directive (EU) 2019/882 — the European Accessibility Act itself, plus your own national implementing law, which is what binds you.
- EN 301 549 — the harmonised European standard for ICT accessibility.
- WCAG 2.2 — the W3C Recommendation, with its Understanding and Techniques documents.
- Directive (EU) 2016/2102 — the public sector web accessibility directive, source of the model accessibility statement.
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) — for the consent side, together with EDPB guidelines on consent and dark patterns.
